Right of withdrawal

1. The law
www.eliofronterre.it guarantees the right of withdrawal as provided by the Law. n. 206 of the 06 September 2005 with the subject "Consumer Code under Article. 7 the law 29 July 2003 N.229”, modified by Decree. of the 21 February 2014, n. 21 Article 1.

The customer who places orders through the www.eliofronterre.it site has the right to withdraw, without penalty’ and without giving a reason, within a period of fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt by the consumer.
2. Return Request
The right of withdrawal is exercised by written notice sent by mail by writing to [email protected]

3. necessary conditions
a) The withdrawal request must be sent within the time limits set forth in paragraph "1. The law "and in the methods indicated in paragraph" 2. Return Request "

b) The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged

c) The products are delivered to the customer with an identification tag and disposable: it must still be present, well preserved and, stuck to its original position.

d) Products must be returned in their original packaging, if it is disposable it must not have been open and has yet to be well sealed. The leaders will still have all labels, packaging and original accessories (Dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received along with the order.

e) The return must take place in one, after authorization / acceptance of the seller and through the courier indicated by Customer. The customer will receive an e-mail that will start the return procedure and indicate the reference authorization. This e-mail must be printed and inserted inside the package.

f) The shipping costs for the return of the goods are always borne by the customer. 4. Redemption time
www.eliofronterre.it reimburse any purchase without penalty, in the shortest possible time, and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which www.eliofronterre.it has received the goods sold or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having them returned.

When www.eliofronterre.it has received your returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance / payment made.

5. Refund method
The customer can choose between two different ways to conclude the withdrawal procedure:

a) Voucher has valore: You will be sent to the customer a discount code that corresponds to the returned value net of shipping costs. This code can be used within 90 days from the time of release: It can not be combined with any other discount coupon codes or gift coupons codes. The value must be used only once for an order that has a value equal to or greater than the reimbursement.

b) Payment refund: for orders paid through Paypal or credit card usually occurs within the repayment 24/48 hours of acceptance and the account / credit card from which originated the payment, However, it may take several days because the buyer receives the cancellation / refund from Paypal or Credit Card.
6. Made for defective or incorrect product
If the customer receive a product does not comply with the order or defective / damaged the cost of return of the good shall be borne by www.eliofronterre.it only if the carrier is using the shell indicated by us.

If there were to be the case where, the required product in the order you received wrong delivery would no longer be available, www.eliofronterre.it will offer the customer the repayment methods described in point "5. Redemption Method ". www.eliofronterre.it will not be responsible in any way and will not respond to claims that they are more wrong order amount excluding shipping costs.

www.eliofronterre.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective merchandise and pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods at the stores.

6. returnable Request
www.eliofronterre.it does not handle or agree on exchanges (sizes, colors, articles, etc…): Clients who want to replace a product may use the right of withdrawal following the above procedures to make the product and, if desired, proceed by sending a new order.
